All perfection is in you, it is your nature and there is no such doctrine, able to make you more perfect. There is no ideal to aspire, nor any development necessary to do. Striving for perfection is nothing more than the desire of the conditioned mind, lost in its selfish need to improve its separation in objective reality.
Be attentive towards yourself and what is going on, comprehend your true nature. Keep things simple, no matter what, do not stop, do not evaluate that what is happening. Take things as they are, be aware of each occurring event, each arising feeling.
Develop the understanding of presence and, above all, learn to properly direct your attention, not allowing the mind to wander through time and space. When due to the ability to focus correctly you will achieve the silence of thoughts, then the mind itself will get enlightened, and you will be able to achieve your higher self, that you were always, but that was safely hidden behind self-centered concepts and beliefs of the conditioned mind.
Live a natural life, based on the perceived reality of each moment, everything else is nothing more than a fantasy of a selfish mind, which has created for you this world of illusion. Be attentive to everything, do not allow the mind to estimate the perceived moments and thus involve you in the experience of its illusive concepts.
Do not aspire to people, but do not avoid them, do not praise, but do not judge them, take them for what they are. Find your way and be faithful to it. In this illusive world nothing is a pattern that one must follow. In this seemingly infinite variety of forms and events every being, every event is its own unique example.
The whole world is only here and now in each brief moment of perception, all the rest - is only a fiction of the mind wandering in illusions, creating at the same time limiting beliefs and bounding morality. Deluded in his own thoughts, a man is continuously walking around. Due to the lack of understanding of his true nature his whole life he is looking for something that he has never lost, and so like a beggar who beggs, not knowing that there is a buried treasure under his house.
Every day is a new life and a new opportunity to comprehend your true nature. Constantly observe that, what is going on in your mind, learn to distinguish the true from the illusions that result from careless movements of the mind.
Stop the running of your restless thoughts, stop the mind wandering, do not create thus unnecessary problems.Open up your heart, listen only to the heart and get your experience yourself, escaping from the world of selfish mind, full of imaginations, fears, anxieties and worries.
